Claxton named MVP
Monica Claxton was recently named MVP of the year by El Paso Times.
Claxton, a setter, is credited with leading a talented Franklin Cougars team in the extremely competitive District 1-5A.
The Lady Cougars made it to the 3rd round in the Texas state tournament and finished the season with a 42-5 record.
Claxton has not signed with a college at the time of this post, but is no doubt headed to the next level.
